MISSION STATEMENT

#NewGeneration

My mission is to empower a new generation of Gambian leaders to create a healthier, food-secure nation. We will do this by investing in education that prepares young people for success in agriculture, health, and related fields. By supporting youth employment through training, financial help, and food system jobs, we can build strong, capable leaders.

Area Of Focus

EDUCATION

In The Gambia, more children are going to school now, but many still have trouble with basic reading and math. We need to teach skills that are useful in today's world and give teachers more training to help students succeed.

FOOD SECURITY

Investing in agriculture is important to ensure food security, especially with global food crises, the ongoing effects of COVID-19, and climate changes. Producing more food locally helps us control prices and secure our food supply

HEALTH

Despite making progress in the health sector, The Gambia still faces challenges. These include a growing population, more sickness and deaths, not enough money and resources, and not enough supplies.

YOUTH

Our young population, 63% under 25 years old, faces high unemployment and limited opportunities. Investing in sports, education, and leadership training is crucial to empower them and deter challenges like irregular migration and drug use.
